The Deal Manual also defined delegated authorities within Front and Middle Offices, and other divisions within the Group Corporate Treasury.

MIS reporting: Molten developed a consolidated monthly MI reporting suite and process for the five core business systems of the Rates Technology area of a major UK bank. The reporting suite provides valuable business intelligence for the business and technology teams and enables and early visibility of critical issues.
